so i turn key and the stater clicks..if i hit it it cranks, but then my neg wire on my battery gets hot... i have a gound on the tranny, and the ground infront of the valve cover. what can it be.. i just did a tuck, but i only extended the headlight wires. thats all i did/

 

i know for some dumb reason, i touched the 2nd post on the starter w a ground..could that have caused a short, therefore making my battery hot?
