Default A stuck horn

Someone broke into and I think tried to steal my car. They pried the steering wheel cover to a point that the horn is stuck on. How can I disassemble this without deploying the airbags?

You can just temporarily remove the relay for the horn until you can get the steering wheel fixed. Click the following link to identify which relay you're after.

Or you can disconnect the battery prior to attempting to fix the steering wheel in order to avoid the airbags deploying.

• Remove the two Torx screws, one on each side, and remove the airbag. Click this link to help identify the screws, and to get an idea of what you'll be looking at.

You should be able to find what is wrong after removing the airbag, although you may also need to remove the steering column covers.

If you are unsure of what to do, wait until you have a service manual to guide you. Click here to identify the product. You will want item # 61S5C01. (check online for a used one, too)
