hello i just picked up a 93 DB2 Gsr integra with the original b17 and trans.
Im new to the honda/acura scene but the speed sensor is out in the car could that cause the car not to hit vtec
because its not suposed to go into vtec when sitting still and with the speed sensor out would that cause the computer to think the car isnt moving?

 

Someone help any positive info would be helpful

 

you need the vss for vtec to work
