I wired up my H.I.D.s H3 to my aftermaker factory fog light on my 94 honda Civic they are not turning on...I went over the wiring twice still not turning on, when i hook up the regular H3 bulb that come wit the kit it turn right on...what am i doin wrong...Need Help
How can u test to see if the H.I.Ds work wit out dem being on the car ?

You are running ballasts, right?

 

yes, i plug the wire to the ballast right red wire to + black wire to - on the ballast

are you sure you have a good ground going to the wires?
