I have a 91 hatchback dx...When i turn on my headlights my cluster lights turn on 10-20 seconds later..What could the Problem be??
And by the way,Are all Hondas dash lights suppose to dimmer when turning from off to On headlights?

 

Test whether the Red/Blk wire in the dimmer switch connector immediately has battery voltage either to body ground or to the black ground wire when the switch is turned on.
