try cleaning the idle control valve or even replacing it. also an o2 sensor is faulty. or injectors and or fuel rail or fuel filter is clogged causing restriction which explains low or throbbing idle.

alright, ill probably end up going to the junk yard getting the fuel rail, injectors, and idle control valve, and if it doesnt fix the problem will just return them

just a heads up to be careful with brushing out the valve cuz the screen breaks very easy i wasted 60$ cuz i cleaned mine to hard and broke mine so i had to go to Honda and get a new one. im pretty sure its that valve.i would try tht first so u don't waste gas goin to an from the junkyard use some brake cleaner and give a good soaking then lightly brush the chunks out before and after you spray it and make sure its dry before you put it back in.

so i tried taking the IACV off got one of the bolts out, but the 2nd one wont budge what so ever, even broke one of my tools

I took a video of whats wrong with it. first couple of seconds is idle then, if i gas it a bit itll go to 1.5 rpm and just act weird.

Is that your CEL on?

Pull the code and stop playing guessing games. That should go for everyone here. Pull code, diagnose, repair. Not "dump random stuff at it until it's fixed."

Test and clean your IACV.

Test and replace your primary O2 sensor.

There are write ups for all of these procedures in the DIY/FAQ sticky.
