Hey h-t. i have a lot of questions that i need help answering. i just bought the car, its a 1999 Honda Civic EX Coupe

1. a/c not blowing cold, but turns on, when i press the a/c button in climate control my RPM goes up a bit.
2. Dome Light no bulb(so i dont know if its working) suggestions on what bulb to use? (honestly i dont know if its called dome light but its the one above your head. that light in the middle.) and the one in front of the rear view mirror.
3. Power lock doesnt work. the silver thing beside your front driver side lock.
4. side mirrors doesnt move. whenever i press the buttons near the sun/moon roof buttons, its not moving.
5.Oil leak color greenish-brown, but i think its coming from the transmission since its covered with oil(i think) just wanna make sure what it is.

ULTIMATE QUESTIONs:
1.Can you run a d15b engine on an OBD2 ECU?(not even sure if its an OBD2 but the middle 3 letter serial is a p2p)
2.My Speedometer doesnt work, when i start the engine it goes up to 20mph then wiggles between 18-25 then when i drive fast it gets stuck on 20mph.
3.Fuel Gauge doesnt work, stock on the middle line goes down a bit after few mins of driving then itll go back to the middle line.

PLEASE PLEASE HELP A NEWBIE

im running it on a 91 octane gas. and is it normal to have pressure inside the gas tank? everytime i open the gas tank to fill up gas it releases air pressure.

 

1 recharge your ac
2 measure the bulb and jus go in autozone n buy generic. or go to junk yard and ****** a bunch.
3 check power lock fuse, check connections
4 check mirror fuse, connections
5 greenish?...you mean coolant? pressure wash the bottom fo the car. park at home on cardboard and find the source of oil leak since we cant over the internet


1 if you do it right you can run any egnine with any system you can think of.
2 get a new cluster from the junk yard. easy fix
3 get a new cluster or get under the back seat and check your floater and fuel pump
normal to have pressure in the gas tank.

 

yes its a greenish-brown-black oil. thought it was the coolant but radiator is still full though the pump isnt and the transmission is covered with black scrubs. thanks for the fast reply rick
