spool or lsd for a track car with dss 5.9 axels making around 800hp?
i have been threw so many threads researching and its the same old story ,spool is a pinta to turn ,if a axel breaks you go into the wall?,hard on the drivetrain.basicaly more negative than positive on the spool..i know what a lsd can do because thats all i have ever used but im new to the spool game,so looking for more input on spools.?

spool is less rotating weight, no gears in it to break. never had an issue with mine, but I was in a light car. Time to start working out those arms to turn one though
you will not go into a wall if it brakes, It will be a bastard for locking up if you let off the gas in corners but once you get the hang of it you will be happy
