Can never seem to really explain this, so pictures instead.

Just looking for the little vacuum block so that I can weld it right onto my manifold. Who makes these? Everything on mcmaster is far too thick.

buy a 1/2" thick alum plate, cut to / or premade to a suitable size that works with the number of ports your going to use, drill and tap your holes, weld it on...
If your capable of welding aluminum, you can certainly get and aluminum block and throw a few holes in it, custom to your setup and sizing need

I usually use a strap of aluminum about .25" thick. I drill the holes, tap them, and weld the plate onto whatever I'm attaching it to.

If you don't have anything laying around I've got plates cut for this. Just drill and tap how many you want to put in. Send me your address, and I will drop one in the mail for ya. I've got a number of these, I ain't going to sweat missing 1.
