Default not getting gas after 3-5k rpm

well my car starts real rough not getting enough gas i'll assume cause if i don't rev it a little it won't start. it dies in reverse. after i have it warmed up it won't start until after 5-10 times of cranking it i'm not getting cel codes for anything nor a light. i don't know if it's a vacuum leak or what but it's very aggravating and i'd like to fix it asap. when it starts to do this not getting gas **** if i just let up on the gas some it'll still go but i can't ever let it even go half way down. here's a video of it running i fixed the idle part for it though. and it's a pretty stock z6 just intake and y8 mani

The D16Z6 should have a P28 ECU. Check that.

Is there bright white spark at all 4 spark plugs?

Do all 4 injectors pulse fuel?

Have you checked the mechanical timing?

You need to give details about how you checked spark and the mechanical timing.

Remove the fuel rail, unplug the distributor, and crank the engine to check spray of the injectors.

Have you measured the fuel pressure?

sounds like one of your injectors is stuck partially open and its getting flooded at start but being starved at higher rpms

You may be able to rent a pressure gauge at an auto parts store.

Have you checked the ignition timing with a timing gun?

Rent the timing gun and pressure gauge and then go from there.

Also check whether all injectors spray fuel.
