Hey guys just signed up and new to this and my car want to keep her looking as stock as possible for smog reasons (Cali) but I would like to build her out just don't know what to do inside the engine for best gains wondering if you guys could help a new guy to the Honda world got the normal

Cold air (aem carb legal )

Header (dc carb legal )

And exhaust

But no ready for inside motor work on stock dual point d15 engine

What would I need like I said new to it guys what gains and after I switch to multi were do I go

 

your not gonna get much from a built d15 unless you boost it. with the money you put in to build it you could have an engine swap and make more power. this has been around for decades now. how many NA d series have you seen? not many b/c a b16 makes what a built d does stock.

 

It's just in Cali they Wont pass swaps and if they do its a pain in the butt I don't want super man just looking for 30 or 40 horse for my daily so how much would it be for the dual to multi swap ? Cause I read on here it would give just under the si ef stock power and that about what I'm looking for maybe a tad bit more

 

After converting to mpfi, you should consider the mini-me head swap. Cali emissions are worse than their real estate prices.
