Hi guy, I'm kinda new to this whole forum thing hehehe, anyways I need a few advises. Ok so I have a 91 hatchback civic completely stock and I want to mod it, so I can get more hp, any suggestions? Oh one more thing I live I'm California and I was wondering if I change the engine to a vtec engine would it affect when I do my smog? Thanks guys!!!!
