hello everyone. my friend's car that his passeneger power window not working up and down. is it no good motor or something wrong with that? let me know thanks

not to question intelligence, but the lockout button locks out all windows except the drivers. sometimes it's simple stuff that causes issues.

Could be the scissors arms. There are bolts that hold the window up and they get loose and fall off sometimes. Just open the door panel and see whats going on. Save some money and DIY instead of going to a shop.

I had to replace the entire master switch on the drivers side door when mine went. Can't remember the cost.

This thread is from September. I think they've probably figured it out by now.

Never know, I guess. Sometimes people just accept it for what it is and ignore it.
