Icon2 D16y8 vtec Ek coupe - i want to make it as fast as possible

Okay i have a ex honad civic 1996 ek coupe, all stock,i want to make it as fast as possible, should i go with low compression and throw a turbo. or just make it a high compression, witch way can i get more house power out of it and witch way would be cheaper? i'm new to the honda game so plz have patience with me

the turbo will save you money in the future but depending on how much power your trying to make will determine how much you gonna spend in the first place. but remember one thing, with honda's its easy to take shortcuts, ive seen it again and again but to get the best bang for your buck dont go cheap on ebay or questionable companies for internals or turbo components. you will regret it.

Well, if you wanna get house power, you have to start building the house on top of the car. As bigger the house you build on it, the more power you will get. I don't know about the witch being cheaper though. Witches are rare these days. You can't find them riding brooms anymore. You know what I mean?

Oh. Put a rocket boosters in the back. It'll make your car as fast as possible.

You'll never be "fast" N/A in a D-series. You only have two choices. Boost or swap it.

And according to the current budget I don't think any of these choices will achieve your goal...
