2001 Accord EX, no headlights, tail lights, cluster lights.
Hello and thanks for a very informative forum for Honda cars.
I have an interesting situation where I have checked all the fuses, the relays, etc. Here's what I have:
2001 Accord EX Coupe, 2.3L, Manual trans, Moonroof, A/C, with no broken fuses or relays. I have courtesy lights on the doors, a dome light that dims on a timer, stop lights, and turn signals. I also have an SRS light that stays lit. The cruise control works, but the little indicator light in the switch doesn't light. The radio is stock, and functions properly. The door locks and power windows function, as does the power seat. The keyless entry works, but the little indicator light on the door panel gives no indication of an armed system.
Here's what I don't have:
Instrument lights, headlights, tail lights, license plate lights, vanity lights.
There's a bit of convoluted info through Google about the problem, but it mostly covers having H/L, but not having running lights, etc. With that, there's usually mention of a "multiplexer". I have seen that little rascal, and it looks to be a joy to replace. I have removed the H/L switch, opened it, and could not see any reason why it wouldn't function properly. No burned contacts, just normal, if not light, signs of usage.
Here's a pretty good thread from this site about a similar problem with a similar car:
https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-accord-1990-2002-2/parking-lamps-dont-work-but-healights-do-3033669/
I'm hoping "justinsbg" can spare a bit of time and expertise.
Thanks to anyone that is willing to throw their two coppers in. I have a new car I can't drive until this issue is resolved.
Thanks again,
BB

I'm guessing you just bought the car like this and it drives but you have no lights. If that's the case you either have multiple issues or the car was in an accident and repaired poorly. The different lights have different ground points and different battery sources. You could have a loose harness connection some where. Could be the multiplexer, also.
