I'm not sure if they still make them, but BMC used to produce an adapter plate to bolt one to a HF manifold.

thats gonna be about your only option... every so often you'll see a log manifold pop up for sale that will fit one but its rare and few and far between

sounds like that unless BMC can help me, i either have to fabricate a flange and weld a simple log manifold myself or simply discard the idea of using this turbo.

To better the community it would actually help if you posted a REAL question and not just what is quoted above. That means nothing to me. Also, a better descriptive title heading will help future searchers find out if the knowledge they seek is within. Thank you for understanding.

you are a dry, humourless man.
as it would have, the title is what anyone with such turbo would get as a response back for a TE04H turbo query. the rest is a play on continuity, forming a complete question. "where do i get a turbo manifold for a TE04H turbo on a D-series engine?"
perhaps you are having a bad day.
