does anyone know if the black steel oil pan off a d series y7 will fit on a y8? the stock y8 is an aluminum pan with different baffles and material. i am looking for an oil pan that will work with my y8, my stock one is stripped.

but does it work well? i do not want to mess up anything....the engine is kind of an important part of the car.

 

the y8 and y7 blocks are Identical. So my assumtion is it will work.

 

Yes they will interchange I did this no longer then a month ago.
