Default electrical problems 93 civic ex sedan

I recently picked up a 93 ex civic sedan for a chep daily
runs fine the only problem I have is it has some electrical problems
I just cant seem to find

turn signals, brake lights, & tail lights are not working

I checked the bulbs, fuses ,relays ,wires look ok does anyone have any sugestions on where to go from there or know what the problem could be

Thanks,

Do you have a multimeter to perform some simple electrical tests?

Have you voltage tested the fuses (see Fuses link in my signature)?

Does voltage reach the bulb sockets? Do the sockets have good ground?

Unplug the cigarette lighter, dimmer switch, rear taillights connector, and the parking lights and license plate bulbs. Then check whether the fuse still blows.

thanks for your help
I figued out what is wrong with it
I pulled the pannel out of the back window and found a couple of the wires had grounded out and melted
so i pulled them apart and taped them up everything is working fine now. I just have to go to the junk yard monday and get that pice of the wireing harness so I can fix it right.
