Default 2000 Honda Civic Si Sir w/ JDM B18C GSR Sir-G Wiring Questions with Pictures

I have a 2000 honda civic sir/si with a jdm b18c gsr sir swap. I bought the car with the swap so i really know nothing about who did it or anything about the previous owner. So in the first two pics there is a plug just behind the fuel injectors that i have no idea what it is for or where it would go. Then in the following 8 pictures i have some funky wiring going on. I tried to single out the wires i had questions about starting with black/purple/orange wire that connects to a red wire, then a blue plug with a black and tan wire sitting above the ecu, then a red and white wire that goes up behind towards the cluster area, then a black box with a CE on it that has a bunch of what looks like black power wires or something coming out of it, then a red/black wire with a light on the end, and finally that big green plug that has some wires cut out of it. Now I know there is a python alarm system installed which is what i am guessing alot of those stray wires are for. There was also indiglo gauges installed that had a black wire connected to that black CE box. Im basically asking just what you guys thought all these stray wires were for. It looks like my ecu is obd1 to obd2 with the jumper harness and p72 ecu. There is also abs. Thanks for any guidance or help you can give!

The connector in the first two pics is for tw EVAP purge. You won't need to connect it unless you use an OBD2 ECU. The rest looks like alarm wiring but that's just a guess.

Thanks hondapartshero i thought thats what that plug might be and i am running a obd1 p72 with the obd1 to obd2 jumper so i guess that means i dont need it. But i dont think that that green plug with wires cut out of it is part of the alarm wiring. The plug i am talking about can be seen to the right of the black box with CE stamped on it in one of the pictures. Thats what worries me.

i agree that it looks like alarm wiring. the green plug if i recall correctly doesn't plug into anything. so probably used to those wires for the alarm.
