trouble starting 1992 civic

Default trouble starting 1992 civic
will start will some gas in the air intake. and run fine after that a little lazy over 80 kms.

Once started will run fine no codes showing. Fuel pump does prime up.

Are you getting proper fuel pressure at start-up? Proper testing technique is in the FAQs, or in your FSM.

Redid main relay. Still not any better. Will check fuel pressure.
