1993 Honda Civic has spark and changed fuel pump still no start
I have a 1993 Honda Civic that ran when running some errands and then the next morning just wouldn't start up at all. I have spark and thought it was the fuel pump and changed it out and still won't start up. My car had had a few rough starts over the last month as well where it would take 5-10 minutes to start and then it finally would. Is my fuel pressure bad? And could the fuel filter be the culprit here? I've had the car 4 months and don't know when it was changed last.

If you've never re-soldered your main relay it is probably time. That is the number one cause of intermittent cranks but won't start in pre-1996 models.
Turn key on don't crank. The Check Engine light should go on for 2 seconds then go out. You should hear the main relay (under the dash on the driver's side, right above the hood release lever) click, and the fuel pump run, then 2 seconds later the relay clicks again, the CEL goes out, and fuel pump stops. If CEL stays on and pump doesn't start, that's usually the main relay.

When i do that I can hear the fuel pump prime for the 2 seconds.

You should check non-fuel stuff like if the timing belt skipped or the distributor rotor screw fell out, both of those you will still have spark but no start. And put ECU test jumper in and see if there are any codes.
To check the fuel pressure use a gauge, or take off the RETURN hose, the one that comes from the fuel pressure regulator and goes to a metal pipe on the firewall on the left side. Direct this into a container. Turn the key on and let it prime, you should have a decent flow of fuel out.
Lots of people say to crack a connection at the fuel filter and watch gas spray out, this proves nothing about whether the pump is actually making enough pressure. If you test after the regulator you know that it's making normal pressure which will open the regulator. Regulators very seldom go bad.

The rotor screw its still there, I have no idea how to check the timing belt. There are no codes when I check it out.

Ok so timing is fine, fuel pump and relay are good and I have spark the spark is orange though not sure if that means much. It went to autozone and they think that I may need some heet in it. My car is and was low on gas when this problem started. Could it be condensation in the gas line? The car worked fine the morning before it wouldn't start. When it cranks it will run for a few seconds then go back to just cranking. And suggestions?

Can I test the igniter with the test light on the negative bolt under the coil? I watched someone test it that way and if it blinked it meant the igniter was ok

Ok I also checked for the spark at the distributer towers. Also could the rotor be a problem with it too?

Changed the igniter module. Have a stronger spark in 2 dizzy towers and the other two are still weak. It fired up and ran for about 5-7 seconds multiple times but still no start.
