Icon2 **UPDATE** Need help with smoking and miss?

Okay well it's been awhile since i have been on here. Anyways I want your opinion. I bought this Integra last night from a guy. Well he had the head rebuilt resurfaced and all the nine yards because he didn't know how to do it so a shop did it. When the repair was done so was the Intake manifold gasket,Headgasket, water pump head bolts pretty much whole top head. Well anyways number 4 cylinder has no compression i mean 0 psi. So of course has a miss. I see the headgasket is leaking oil around the corner right by the number fourth cylinder. The car smokes has a black/blue smoke. So i know it is burning oil and the extra gas is not burning off. But here is the weird part it smokes very very lite but when it warms up smokes pretty bad. I am leaning towards piston rings but i just want to hear what your ideas are thanks.

Also the car seems like it has full power. I have owned and swapped a bunch of ls motors before and it fills the same power like the others i had.

If you have a dead miss/no comp on cyl#4 you will not have full power. You would actually be down in power roughly 25%

killer math skills, i know.....

There is an issue, and a mechanical issue with you engine that has caused the missfire.
So inspection, replacement/repair of found problems must be adressed. Also you can kiss your cat goodbye if you actually drive around with that dead hole. You need to look into any action that can be taken against the seller if any. depending on the circumstances.
I wish you luck though

Don't get me wrong i understand were you are coming from. But trust me this is not my first car. Why seller? I payed $750 dollars body alone is worth that! I was asking for peoples opinion in other words have they experienced this problem. I'm running a test pipe no cat. But anyways I'm a mechanic so in the morning head is coming off and i will find out the real problem. Will keep this updated and let people no when it is solved.
P.S:The way you worded what you wrote made me think you thought this was my first car and I know nothing at all no offense though. I wanted to see what people thought before i had to pull everything apart thanks

dont disable the motor until the problem is figured. plumb shop air in the spark plug hole. see where it comes out.

Agreed, need to do a leak down first. Easiest way to tell if it is a valve or rings.

Could have easily had the valves adjusted wrong, could have then burnt the valves. A lean condition on that hold could have cause the valve to burn also.

Leaking oil though sounds like something went wrong with the head gasket as long as you are sure it is coming from there.

Okay well after doing all the leak down test,Compression test Etc. The head was fried! The valve stems were shot and the valves were ate up.
Anyways i replaced the motor and now i need to ask if y'all have had this problem. The black box on the back since i am using a B18a1 motor somehow fell off. Maybe bad seal?
However I know it vents the crankcase but should there be tons of oil coming out of it if it came undone?
