NOS man. juice it. Weezin the juice.
But seriously, what are your goals and budget? is this a track car or DD? NA builds are very expensive compared to simple turbo or swap setups. Better have deep pockets if you are bound and determined to keep the d15/16 or whatever you have in your car.
My advice...cheap, reliable, fast, shouldnt have bought a honda. buy a cheap v6 mustang. it'll cost just as much as a civic, will be faster with little or no modification and they still get ok gas mileage.

my advice still stands. If you are trying to build a 1.6L DOHC ZC have fun trying to track down parts. the SOHC ZC is basically a d16a6 with a different cam profile.
so $5-10k for a 1.6L honda to go 11 sec's in the 1/4 mile is ok with you? I wouldnt but thats just me. If money wasnt an issue...brand new GTR?
Im trying to help you out here. You need to tell us what your REALISTIC goals are and what your REAL budget is. what is this car going to be used for? How much power/torque do you really want? how good are you mechanically or should you pay a professional to build it for you?

based on your previous threads im assuming you have the same goals? reliable DD that can "smoke" a foxbody/firebird etc....for either $1000 or $4000.
from the pics you posted you first need to convert your car from DPFI to MPFI, clean up that engine bay. If you want a reliable car tidy up that wiring so it isnt hang all over the place. You have a ton of research to do and we still have no idea if you are even capable of doing any of this work on your own. Spend more time on here looking around and pick a direction to go in. Set some real goals with a real budget. If you only have $1000 and a motor costs $900 doesnt mean you can afford the swap. there are a ton of other things involved like trans, axles, ecu, mounts, tuning, boltons etc. hell a MPFI swap and decent tune up job for your SOHC ZC will be around $400-600 depending where you buy parts assuming you will be doing all the work yourself.

What is fast? To me a fast honda runs 13.5's or quicker. Without a substantial motor swap/build or nos/turbo, you wont have a fast EF.

you should search but ill help you out.
MPFI intake manifold with throttle body and injectors with pig tails
PM6 ECU
crx or civic SI throttle cable
resistor box
crx or civic si distributor with pig tails
Not knowing your motors maintenance records your should also buy
Spark plugs
Plug wires
distributor cap and rotor
timing belt
water pump
change the coolant and oil
you could also use an OBD 1 manifold, injectors and ecu but you will need to convert the car to OBD1
