Icon2 pls help me identify this parts name.

please help me identify the name of this part from my 1994 honda civic LX 4 door sedan. it is a 1.5L 4 cylinder 16 valve engine with a carburetor (ph15 philippine made). thank you.

this part is located under the carb

i think this part affects the idle of my car. the idle is erratic i think due to the damage to the said part seen in the last 2 images. a link to a supplier of said part would also be greatly appreciated. thank you.

It has six legs, so it's definitely an insect of some sort. j/k. Yup, it's a vacuum manifold. There are some aluminum ones available, but they are a bit pricey. link I would think someone would sell a cheap plastic or brass replacement, but I have not bought one recently enough to remember. Worst case, you could use a few plastic t's, or do like me and make your own from plumbing stuff.

thanks for the replies guys. any idea on how to install the aluminum replacement? if you noticed on my original part, one hose port is on top while the other 5 is on the side, while on the replacement aluminum part, all ports are lined up on the same side. thanks again

They're just vacuum lines - the orientation doesn't matter.

Can you post the engine code for us? I'm curious.

are we all unanimous that said part in question is indeed called the vacuum manifold?

it just seems funny to me that i cant find another actual pic of said part on the internet.

this part is supposedly oem, and even in honda engine/carb diagrams, i cant seem to find it.

thanks all
