Default broke rear camber frame nut

So on my lovely first honda ef sedan, who ever owned it before me didnt treat it very well. in the process of removing the rear camber arm the front bolt broke off in the nut made in the car. So i procceded to drill and extract. I broke the extractor off in the hole. Not having any super hardend drill bits i took a air hammer and cut a notch in the part of the bolt sticking out and tried spinning the nut out. After about 2 successful turns of the bolt, the tack welds holding the nut inside the frame failed to hold and it fell into the frame. So the best thing i could think of is to drill all the way thru the other side of the inner frame the same size as the original bolt, using a large fender washer infront of the nut. This creates a problem, the hole on the outside is slightly larger than the original bolt. Anyone know where i can purchase a spacer/shim to accomodate the void inbetween the frame rail and the bolt. Im afraid if i dont put anything there and just bolt it up, that the bolt will move around and mess up the frame well and possibly break. Any help or tips would be beneficial.

breaking easy outs isnt uncommon. buy yourself a few decent carbide drills rather than crappy high speed steel. I wouldnt try to make any spacers like you are saying. Try to find a spot where you can cut an access hole so you can get behind the wheel well and weld a new nut to the original location. then weld your piece back over the access hole

this.

and use LOTS of penetrating lubricant on your other bolts so this doesn't happen again
