Weird fuel issue
Ok so recently the fuel pump in my beater 91 hatch quit on me, being strapped for cash since the semester starts soon I fixed it with what I had, a fuel pump from a 94 Chevy pickup, surprisingly it was almost direct bolt in and I've been told the stock Honda fuel pump flows 65-70 LPH and the chevy one flows about 75 LPH so it's more then enough flow, the problem I'm having is the car seems like its starving for fuel in the low end seems to run fine in the top end, but low end it bucks and runs rough like its not getting enough fuel, also the Check engine lights on and I'm kind of confused on how to check it, to my under standing 1 long blink is equal to 10 short blinks, but I counted about 27 long blinks till I gave up because I figured I was doing it wrong, any input or help would be appreciated, thank you
