Default 95 integra, fuel pump wont prime

I need some help trying to figure out what is causing my fuel pump not to prime. Car ran fine the night before next morning only cranks. I figured the main relay went bad so replaced with brand new one from honda, didnt fix the problem. So the hunt began..

I replaced:
main relay
ignition harness
fuses
checked all grounds
jumped main relay plug (pump primed when jumped)
checked plug and it was getting power where it was suppose to

Im lost on what the problem could be. Sometimes i can get the car running and everything is fine then ill wait and then it just goes back to cranking without starting.
I dont know what else to try or do

check for continuity with a meter don't just look at the ground points

Maybe its just dead. Put power directly to the pump and see if it runs....

Or check the pump for shorts.
Across the positive and negative terminals probe the pump and check for continuity.
Then go from either terminal and to the body of the pump. If you have continuity to your pump body its shorted.
If its open across each terminal its bad.

sorry for thread jacking but since we have similar problems and the thread is still recent i thought id try here before starting a new thread.

I was driving to work and my 94 teg just died. Kinda like someone just turned the key off.
I get the car home and pretty much did what "dc4teg95" did

changed main relay
check all grounds with test light
check for spark and i even changed ignitor, coil, cap, and rotor.
i got fuel all the way to the rail
i even re did the timing with a new belt and checked for compression.

after all that it still just spun over
the odd thing is while testing for spark agian it actually started. I let it run for about 15 mins and everything was goin well. then i turned it off to see if it would start again and it did. I go inside and 10mins later it wouldnt start again.
