Default DA Electrical problem help!!!!!!!!

a friend of mine has a 91 integra ls, everything is stock. The car just died while he was driving. I found out that the was no fuel coming out from the filter, so i change the fuel pump with a known good one. We try to start the car again but it still wont start. I pulled the tank down again and check if there power to the pump and found out that theres no power to it.. I check that continuity from the main relay (pump is connected to the main relay ) to the pump and there was none . I ran a seperate wire from the main relay to the pump and now the pump works but the car still wont start. Im totally lost because theres spark and fuel but the stupid car wont start.. it s not fooded because i look down through the sparkplug hole but its wet but not enough not to make it run. I have no engine check, timing is correct, spark plug is not foul....
thanks

so even though you ran that wire from the relay to the pump, u still couldnt get her to turn over? and you are sure that you have fuel getting into the engine?

It may just be your main relay, if so you can solder the spots that are bad (common on hondas, my DA did it to.) One thing to check is the "click" sound you hear when the check engine light goes out after the key is turned all the way on. Does the check engine light go out after a bit?? if so does it click, if you are not hearing it click then your main relay is probably bad. if so it is EASY to fix.

fixing it is very easy, just pull out the relay from it's plastic cover and you will see solder spots on the back of the relay, the solder gets worn out and you can see little rings on the bad spots. just resolder those spots and the relay will last another 10-15 years

I even swap the injector resistor with a known good one and no luck also... i also plugged in a different ecu but still wont start.. im totally clueless now

I might be clueless about this but couldn't the Alternator cause these same symptoms? I have a master cut-off switch and when I had it ghetto rigged, it would lose connection and cut-off sometimes on freeways, streets, where ever. I would have the alternator checked. I'll look at the wiring in my Helms and see what I can dig up.

It's possible that the car is flooded, even though you swapped the main relay (assuming the new relay is good) it still might not start right up, keeping the gas pedal to the floor while trying to start it helps and may be all you need to do. If you have fire, fuel and air then you should be good to go. I really hope this helps.

the main relay on this car doesn't click but when i put it in the other car it worked , main relay wasn't the problem. I dont think it will be flooded after more than 8 hrs of sitting there before we start it again.. I test the parts i suspect f*cked up to the other integra we have here and all of them are working properly.. These parts are ecu, main relay, 2 more relays by the fuse box inside the car, injector resistor. damn this is frustrating.....

does anybody here know if that yellow w/ black stripe wire from the main relay goes straight to the pump or something else is connected to it also.. There was a huge amount of resistance on the wire when i checked it... I cut the yellow w/black wire
( theres 2 yellow / black wires, im talking about the thinner one) closer to the relay but we lost the power to the ecu. I have to reconnect the yellow and black wire then just tapped the new wire going to the pump... i know that this is the right wire because i check the continuity of this wire also...
