i know there are a million threads covering the tsb about connector c115
my car does not blow the 7.5 fuse in fuse 15. the speedometer bounces under heavy acceleration the lights dim and the idle seems off. the car is a 1999 civic ex with a b18c-r if that helps any thanks

 

When you turn the key from off to the ON(II) position, does the charging system light turn on and stay on?

 

yes it does. i had the alternator tested earlier today it was good my battery is fine as well

 

Ohm and short test the large white alternator wire between the alternator and hood fuse box.

Clean and tighten the battery ground wire that connects to the chassis.
