Would it be beneficial to run the MAP vacuum line to the TB or IM plenum? Or does this not matter? I know that both technically are in the plenum, but I want to know if being right next the the throttle will affect the readings differently. Thanks for any input. This is on a h22 obd1

 

Stock, it's as close to the butterfly as can be. If I had to guess, I'd say there's a reason for that.

 

I dont think it matters really because some of them are mounted right on the throttle body while others are mounted on a bracket on the firewall.

 

Even the ones mounted on the firewall have the port on the face of the throttle body.
