Default 30/40 vs 40/40 brake prop valve

Fellas, I have a '96 Spec JDM ITR that originally came without ABS, 15/16 Brake MC (w/booster) 4*114 brake setup and a 30/40 prop valve.

About 5 years ago I upgraded to the '98 Spec 1" MC w/booster, 5*115 brake setup but still have the 30/40 valve.

Im going to do a suspension and brake overhaul soon, should I switch to the 40/40 as well?

Thoughts, opinions, recommendations?
