Ok so I recently bought a '97 HX, the body is Mint which is really hard to find around here. Anyway, I know there are probably lots of threads about doing this, I figure before I start buying parts I'll run it by this community to make sure I'm not missing anything. First time doing this to any vehicle. On to the parts list if I'm not mistaken...

D16 manual 5 speed trans-$200
Exedy stage 1 solid disc clutch-$120
Shifter linkage-$150
Shifter base-$130
master and slave cylinders-$80

I also believe the OBD will have to be somehow modified, am I correct? My dad is a master at wiring and electronics so I can have him re-wire it. Let me know if I'm missing anything and I'm also wondering if I'll have a problem mounting the master/slave cyls etc, if someone can point out any problems I might run into I'd appreicate it.

not sure but you might need a new engine mount for the manual gearbox plus the torque mount

you'll have to make a mount for the passenger side. HX automatics have a weird mount on that side and no one makes a manual conversion mount for it.
