hey well my cars been doing this for a couple weeks i thought it may have been the alt bu the guy tested it at autozone said it was runninng at about 14.5 volts i said ok and then later on i was thinking that was kinda high.. anyways symtoms are:

all lights in car gauges headlights all pulse at the same speed when at low rpm it surges slow the higher the rpm the faster the pulse and my engine also pulses with the lights i can feel that the most when barily moving the car or at idle speeds

also not sure if this is part of the same problem since it only started a few days ago my left hid headlight has started blinking sometimes and sometimes turns off the left one never does

I had that prob with my ef hatch. I cleans the battery terminals and put new battery cable ends on and wa la! Fixed. Idk if it would be the same prob with yours or not. Js

 

i didnt put new ones on but i cleaned them up really good and it still does it
