Default H23a Timing HELP!!!

So I have been getting frustrated with the timing belt I've lined
up everything but then when I put everything back together and start the
car I hear a whining from the timing area like as if its not tight enough or it's pushing up against the valve cover

I don't know what it is or what to do I need help please and thank you

Usually a timing belt whining is a sign of being too tight

didn't seem like the belt was tight there was still some play, so really the only belts that had no play was balance belt and serpentine belt

if the balancer belt had no play, it might be too tight cause the bearing to whine

Yes this is the way. Its turns out to be easy to convert it. It looks complicated from pictures until you actually does it.

you may have to replace one of the beaings/pulleys as the tight belt may have stressed it
