Default newb obd2 or 1 dizzy?

I have a 1998 honda civic with a 1996 integra type r motor. my question ismy car has the wrong distributor and i can't figure out if its obd1 or 2. Out has two small plus that go into a different connectors then to one big connector. From looking it up it looks as if its a jumper harness. My ecu is the stock jdm itr. Can it be a obd1? Or am i just worrying overt nothing

You haven't stated a problem.
Is it working as it is now?

If it is working then leave it the heck alone. Don't cause a problem where none exist.

In any case you need to post a picture.
