Default Coolant in oil after complete rebuild?!?

I got a ls vtec darton dry sleeved setup. I recently just got it up and running. Everything is brand new from cp pistons, eagle rods, acl bearings, decked, milled, oil pump, water pump, head gasket, etc. I got the car street tuned and started to notice my coolant resvoir keeps getting empty. I change the rad. cap and still samething. If i drive the car for a good hour the resovoir would be down to the last drop. I have no leaks. I drained the oil and the oil was very milky... I have changed the headgasket twice with goldeneagle. What could be causing this problem? Its not getting into the chambers cuz the spark plugs look perfect and not burning white smoke. It smokes a little randomly but i think its the turbo seal. So can anyone help me with my problem? Somehow coolant is getting into my oil and not from the chambers.

These are "dry" sleeves not "wet" so I can't see why coolant would be leaking...

Edit, from the bottom of the sleeves.

I used a golden eagle ls vtec headgasket my bore is 81.5mm but the local shop told me 81mm is the same according to golden eagle. The block is fresh from the machine shop they looked at it and told me it was fine.

My turbo is just oil cooled its a precision journal bearing turbo. If the dowel pins were to long and didnt seal right wouldnt it leak into the combustion chambers? Im going to do the pressure test n see what happens

Did you ever get this figured out? I'm having a similar problem and am looking for clues.
