I reset my computer. loosened. throttle cable still idles at 1500 after driving. doesn't do it at 1st start of the day only when cars hot. what did I do? do I need a new idle xonrrol vavle or a vavle adjustmnthelp me out

 

Throttle cable idles at 1500rpm? That's a new one on me.

Try a new, more coherent post, and this time NOT from a CELL PHONE!

 

with the vehicle warmed up, pull the intake boot off. feel for suction at the fitv port on the throttlebody. should be the lower port of the two, if i'm not mistaken. if you cover the fitv port with your finger and the idle drops, problem is stuck open fitv. if idle doesn't drop, cover the iac port. if idle does not drop, air is entering through a leak somewhere.
if idle does drop, disconnect the iac and try adjusting idle

also, make sure that the coolant level isn't low, and that the vehicle does actually get to operating temp
