95 civic EX 1.5 VTEC SOHC NA

So, I have been at this for 10 hours today. I am at a loss. Heres the problem.

I replaced the ignition switch (the whole assembly) after this was done I attempted a start. My initial issue (why I was replacing the switch) was corrected. However I now have a far greater issue. Car wont start. Here are the symptoms.

Car turns over but does not start.
aftermarket radio does not come on
climate controls don't come on.

Everything else acts as it should I get all lights, initially SRS light stayed on, I cleared the memory and it kicks on when you first take it to run then kicks off.\

Fuel pump Pumps
power windows work
buzzer buzzes in its normal way
all fuses are good

I am 100% positive the ignition switch is installed correctly (you cant really mess that up)
There was an aftermarket alarm tired into one of the wires from the switch but I have removed all traces of that in an attempt to fix this problem.

Im at a damn loss here. Its my only car and the wife is due to go into labor any minute. Any advice would be great.
