Default Is this wastegate set up properly?

HEy ppl. I just bought a turbocharged Integra, and have a question about the wategate setup. It has a Tial 40mm Wastegate with a 10psi spring, which i have confirmed after taking it apart.

However when I turn down the dual boost controller. the lowest I can get is 15psi, when i turn up, 25psi. here is a drawing of how it is set-up. which is example A. I suspect it needs to be like example B. And would just like confirmation. Thanks.

the tee should go in between the lower port of the gate and the solenoid.

That's for electronic. Manual's a llittle simpler.

Yes. "B" is a bit more correct.

great thanks! What would be the reason to have it set up the way it was?

K so weird issues happening. when I have it set up like example A. It only makes wastegate spring boost pressure whether it be high or low boost. meaning low boost **** is all the way closed, while high boost **** is open. I flip the the high boost switch and it still only makes 10psi.

I took the hoses off, and blew in the controller while flipping the switch back and fourth, and the selenod is working properly.
I then tried to set it up like example B. and whether it be on low boost or high boost, it will only make high boost, even with both ***** closed :S super confused, any insight?

what boost controller are you using? is it a turboxs style dual stage? if so it gets setup just like a regular mbc. side port of wg to bottom of mbc, compressor outlet to side of mbc. no tees are needed. top port of wg is left open.

yes, Turbo XS dual boost controller. So yea. it's acting like the high boost solenoid isn't working. i can make high boost opening the low boost ****. but if low boost is closed, high boost open. it will not build anymore than 10psi with high boost switch on. And i can here it clicking, and pressure tested it twice to make sure it's working. so i'm stumped:/ could this be a wastegate issue?
