Default Car won't start after shooting nos

Ok long story so I'm just gonna cut it down a little.. My car shut off while I was testing out my 55 shot of nos and there was a big back fire.. So got it home and did some test, I wasn't getting no sparks so I use my buddy dizzy and now im getting spark.. Every time I crank it over and when it's about to start white smoke kicks out from my intake manifold.. The cranking sound normal..

What I done so far
1. Compression test is good
2. Getting gas and main replay click
3. Check all fuse
4. Check spark plugs and they were fine
5. Timing is good

I would really appreciate if I can get some tips on what to check next.. Thanks

maybe you bent some rods so your timing is off. pull the spark plugs and see if your piston is coming all the way up where it should be. or pull the oil pan and check the actual rods.

You said timing is correct, did you check valve timing? 94

Are you getting fuel into the cylinders, are the injectors "firing"?94

I was not, the 94 is the way I end all my posts, it is what I own, [94 Acura Integra RS] it is my autocross racing number along with other personal significance, besides it just works better then 10/4. 94

He signs all his posts as 94.

I x2 on something messed up internally. Pull the plugs, check out if all the pistons look good. If it went bang when you hit the button, it very well may have ****ered up a piston. Built or stock internals?

Edit: He beat me to it.

It actually back fire and shut off on me.. Stock internal.. If I have a bad piston wouldn't I be losing compression?

A backfire would indicate a timing issue, are you absolutely sure valve timing is correct? 94

timing...either valve timing, mechanical timing,or a bent rod which in turn would F the timing hard..
what exactly were your compression results?list them.

Have you checked for fuel in the cylinders yet?

Simple test, try starting the engine a few times, then immediately remove a spark plug and inspect the end, is it "wet" with gas, does it smell of gas, can you light it up, if you put a match/lighter to it? 94
