Default bondo or fiberglass?

ok so im looking to my the lip i have on my bumper a permanent piece of the car, i was looking to either bondo it on, or use fiberglass, im trying to make it look really clean so when the paint goes on it looks fresh.

What are the recommendations.. Bondo or fiberglass.

Fiberglass. Prep the bumper and metal properly to ensure the fiberglass sticks. then use body filler to smooth the surface after properly preping the fiberglass to accept the body filler. Never use body filler to bond parts together it isnt a glue. it would crack out.
