Default under body surface rust

Should I care? Should I fix it? Should I just spray it with rust reformer and call it a day?

I've been working on sanding and priming all the rust spots on my civic's body to prep for paint some time in the near future, and I've noticed the underbody has quite a bit of surface rust, nothing too crazy meaning, its not like holes or anything. But its got it from the lca's to the front bumper.

Would be a pain in the *** to sand all these parts, is there an easier way?

There's a reason they call it cancer, it spreads. Don't be lazy.

yea yea, guess I'll have to use a wire brush on a drill and sand paper and clean it all up, then I'll use the rust reformer and undercoat, or primer in other spots... sounds good?
