Why are you using an ls ecu? Any cels? Have you checked the mechanical timing?

im running an ls ecu because my buddy had a spare laying around. its just to be used until i get through my financial struggle right now, then ill grab a p30. ill check out my mechanical timing and see where it sits.
im thinking this is either from a vaccum leak or a fuel ouput issue.

x2 also doesn't rev up like a major vacuum leak.

It kinda sounds like your TPS or MAP sensor isn't connected. If you have spares, swap them out or use a multi meter to test them. Otherwise, I think the ECU could be the issue. The B16 probably has a totally different fuel map than an LS.

Are you sure you have vacuum leaks? You can check by spraying brake cleaner around the intake manifold while the car is running and listen for a drop in idle

yes, when i got the motor it came with an aftermarket intake manifold. the guy had no idea what brand it was or motor it was for. i think its ebay BS (ill replace it soon) . there's 7 vacuum ports on the back of the manifold. 3 normal sized ones, and 4 really tiny ones. the 3 normal ones i'm using to hook up to hoses, the 4 little ones i plan on capping 2 of them. if i cap all four the idle drops way too low. also went over my mechanical timing and turns out the bolts on the AEM cam gears weren't torqued right so they moved a little and mechanical timing was way off. thank god i didn't smash any valves. i reset it at TDC the right way, before i called it a night, gonna start it up tomorrow. i'm also running very rich, but i cant tell if that's because i'm using a b18 ECU or if its something else. still gotta use a timing light to adjust my ignition timing as well
