No-Start issue... Cranks but won't fire, CEL stays lit.
Got a B18A1 in my 90 ed6, been running great for the pst 3 years with a few diferent b-series engines, never once have had a no-start condition... The CEL is always on, and it is not letting me jump the wires to check the DTC's...
the car primes with fuel, fuel pump kicks on (walbro 255 easy to hear), main relay is clicking, hear fuel hissing in the fuel rail on prime.
I checked, I have power to the distributor, tryed a known working dizzy as well, I have also done the "k-test" where you can test to see if the ECU is working. It fails the test inside my car, but I have tryed my ECU's in our 90 CRX and it passes the voltage requirements and works fine. I have also checked and replaced the ECU fuse in the fusebox under-hood.
Getting frustrated with this issue, the car is also turbocharged. I was switching out injectors to tune with a new basemap and wiring in a resistor box, which I have repeatedly tryed to start the car with & without the box installed both with stock and aftermarket injectors. Need to solve this problem ASAP and get back to tuning!!!
Thanks in advance guys....

You've checked to see if the rail is getting fuel, but are the injectors firing into the cylinders?
You've checked to see if the dizzy is getting power, but are the spark plugs sparking?
Your problem definitely lies in one of those bad boys. Work out which one it is first.

if check engine light is solid, you have a bad bin file in the chip in the ecu, or something wrong with the ecu board.
If the dizzy is getting power and since I've tested 2 seperate ones, so the dizzy's not the problem, then why wouldn't it get spark? I don't think I need to even check, the only thing left is the wires and plugs which aren't the problem.
What would stop the injectors from firing?
i've switched chips with different maps on them a few times. (I have crome and a chip burner) and I've tryed my virgin P75. So thats not the problem. But thanks for the input anyway..

No to mention that i've tryed a stock P75 and the CEL still stays on. And i've "k-tested" both ECU's in our CRX and they test just fine.
Where are you testing for power? At the harness where the dizzy plugs in? If the dizzy/rotor/cap points have an issue the spark plugs wont spark.
Pull the plugs and ground the thread to see if they're sparking properly. Check the cylinders to see if they're wet with fuel, you'll be able to smell it too.
Did you recently change something with the car? Or one day it stopped starting?
