what is that bar that crosses over the engine connecting to the springs called and where can i find one for my 88?

fleabay sells front and rear sway bars and lower tie bar for like 30 duckets. totally worth it.

What does the sway bar really do, can u notice any thing diffrent? I know my rear sway is off

If you have most/all of your sway bars on you will be able to feel a difference. be carefull buying them off ebay, some wont fit even if they say they will.

Sway bars aren't the same thing as strut bars for all the people that don't know that they are completely different things.

yes and no. the bar will line up, but won't bolt up. the 4doors didn't come with the welded nuts to have the sway bar be able to bolt up.

ST (suspension technics) and ASR make a bar.

i'd buy it. i mean, if they suck, youre only out 60 dollars and those are the same ones i had on my first 90 hatch. bolted up perfectly.
