1996 Honda Civic With GSR Swap- No Start - No Crank - Main Relay Buzzing
So, i have a 1996 Honda Civic that i GSR OBD2A, I am having issues starting the car.
Here is the history on car, Car came with a single cam d15, and a OBD2B dash harness and Engine Harness that was all chopped up so i decided to put in a 96-98 dash harness and vtec engine harness. I dropped the motor in this week and wired up the Idle Air Bypass, Idle Air Control Sensor, Purge Control Solenoid, and CKF sensor. Ran all wires to ECU pins on connectors.
I checked all ground and they are good.
Symptoms i am having are:
No Start
No Crank
Buzzing Noise from Main Relay when i disconnect ground from trans.
No power in Second postion for ignition with trans ground connected.
I need some help. Can seen to figure this out.

Use the no start diagnosing thread found in the stickys
Sounds like ground, wiring problem, relay, ig switch
Its all covered in the imformative write up, In correct order of elimination

Checked all grounds and they are good, main relay is good cuz I tested it,when I pull off the trans ground the main relay buzzes, if I put it back on the buzzing goes away
Update: want to add that a friend of mine did the wiring for the iacv etc, just found out he grounded it to the injector ground, he didnt run the iacv ground to the ecu, could that be a issue?
This brings into question all the wiring he did. Keep him away from your car.

Ron, not sure Why he did that, looking at pin outs images i see theres a power and ground pin on the ecu.
The IACV gets constant voltage from the main relay. The ECU controls the idle speed by controlling ground to the IACV.
The injectors are similarly controlled - constant voltage and fuel injection duration and timing controlled on the ground wire by the ECU.
As you can easily imagine, the ground control of the IACV and injectors couldn't be more different. Your IACV basically doesn't work and fuel injection may also be disturbed.
No crank:
The starter solenoid gets voltage via the safety switch (switch A) at the top of the clutch pedal. Is the switch connected? Is it adjusted to press on the rubber stopper (red arrow)?

Well this is What he told me, he didnt see a plug for the iacv so he ran the wires, he checked connector A and seen there was a black and Blue wire in A12 so he pulled that out and put his new wire in it, then grounded another wire to the injector ground
And you originally said the IACV was grounded with a fuel injector. Which is correct? If you cannot supply accurate, detailed, and reliable information, it will be impossible to help you.
Posting pictures would also help.
