Default Sleeves for Eibach shocks? EG Hatch

Currently have the Eibach Sportline kit (shocks and springs) on my EG hatch and am wanting to go lower once I switch to 15" wheels and 205/50 tires. I don't think I can trust ebay sleeves and Megan sleeves don't seem much better but they do advertise 325f/300r rates and are less than $150 from TH Motorsports.

What sleeves would everyone recommended on a budget of less than $200? I did call Eibach to get more information on the shocks and the guy I talked to recommended no stiffer than a 400lb spring on their shocks.

Megan coilovers suck, they were on my buddy's civic. Super bouncy, and the coating flaked off in a few months.

IMO, there is no quality sleeve for under $200, unless you find used Ground control's. I do recommened you stick with Ground control's. They go for about $330 new.

I was afraid I'd get the Ground Control answer but it's highly probable that those are the only option. Unless I put H&R Race springs on it which aren't adjustable but will sit lower than Sportlines.

H&R race springs have pretty high spring rates. In fact, I am pretty sure they are higher then 400lb

I used the GC kit with my Eibach Pro Dampers last year. It held up very well for street use. I wouldn't recommend any other type of coilover sleeve kit other than Ground Control.

That's great news! What spring rates did you run?

With those Eibach shocks you should use the standard rate (or close to it) GC springs.
