Looks like a classic case of leaking distributor. Also check the VTEC solenoid, if you have one.

O-ring, maybe Valve cover, most likely O-ring.

look at where your distributor meets the engine head. there SHOULD be a rubber ring between the two, however you may not be able to see if without removing the Diistriburor (careful not to spill oil). I just replaced mine two weeks ago because it was leaking ( all over my tranny ). I bought the ring for 1.99 at my local Honda dealership. Also check the valve cover bolts to see if they are loose.

after all that check your dipstick and add oil if need be.

jugding by the D16Z6 stamp on your engine I'm gunna say you do have VTEC. check that too. it's attached to the head aswell. (back left) and should have a green sensor on it.

Buy distributor O-ring from Honda dealer

Remove distributor.

Replace O-ring and coat with oil.

Install distributor.

Adjust ignition timing.

It's hard to tell if your valve cover is leaking by just looking at those pics.

You should replace distributor o-ring first, then valve cover gasket if needed...valve covers like to leak around the corners if you dont use gasket sealer.

Have you taken ur valve cover off lately?
