Hey there... first time to venture into the 'Fab' forum, hope I'm in the right place....
I'm looking for a shop that is able to make largish, flat, rigid, carbon fiber sheets from an Autocad drawing or some other template.
Any suggestions?

I want to make a front splitter, that extends rearward to about the axle. Does a waterjet make a clean cut on cured CF?

depends on the quality of the sheet. if the carbon isn't tightly woven, then the cut will leave small fibers along the edges. you could later smooth it out by hand and probably lay a smooth layer of resin back over it to help it again, but otherwise a mold of the exact shape you want would be key to ensure it comes out exactly as you want

A combination of honeycomb core, and alternately layered cf will get you the best result. "powerneedy" and I are trying to work something out, and if it happens, I do have access to a waterjet, I will get it done for you. Pm me the details of your request.

we use honey comb on all structural parts like that and have an autoclave for the prepeg parts

you are overcomplicating things. just lay out some flat stock large enough for the splitter to be cut out from with pre-preg 7725 glass and some phenolic honeycomb, bag it and cook it. then cut the shape out with a saw and shape with sandpaper, fill the edges with micro *****/matrix combo and cure that. done.
