Am I missing something???
Is there suppose to be a bracket or something to the left of the oil dipstick??? If so what is the p/n or the name of it so I can go get it. Also it looks like there is a missing bolt that goes right below the dipstick.
This is from a 97 accord LX 4cyl

You are missing the upper power steering bracket and the adjusting screw.

You are missing part numbers 10, 11 & 28. You may even need part 8 if it has been damaged during the break.
However, from looking at your picture, it seems as though the bolt actually broke off inside the bracket. You will have to use an easy out or screw extractor.

Are these power steering adjuster bolts used to adjust the tension on the power steering belt? Also would this affect the alternator belt, since both belts runs side by side?
